Support is based on the years of experience of our technicians who are always available by telephone or by site visit if necessary, this can be underpinned with Ethernet or modem links from the customer’s machines back to our plant in England. The latter facilitates performance monitoring and diagnostic fault finding “over the wire” and in real time.
