Our support is based on the years of experience of our technicians who are always available by telephone or for site visit if necessary, this can be underpinned through Internet connectivity from the customer’s machines back to our offices in England. This facilitates performance monitoring and diagnostic fault finding “over the wire” and in real time.
Our machines are all designed and constructed in our UK factory and are built to last. There are some of our machines that our customers have been running on a three-shift basis for over 10 years.
We also offer service visits, extended warranties and free software upgrades.
